You already know how to laugh. It is an innate part of being human, but as we age and face the inevitable challenges of life we often laugh less and lose the many benefits that laughter can offer.

Good, real, unrestrained, hearty laughter is a sort of internal massage, performed rapidly and automatically. It manipulates and revitalizes corners and unexplored crannies of the system that are unresponsive to most other methods. Plus it just feels good to laugh.
